The head of Georgia’s electoral fee has been splashed in a black liquid, believed to be paint, while asserting a ballot end in parliament.
Official Giorgi Kalandarishvili was doused through the affirmation of a parliamentary ballot, received by a pro-Russian celebration, by an opposition celebration official David Kirtadze.
