Lawsuit alleges Jay-Z and Diddy raped 13-year-old girl

US rapper Jay-Z has hit again at a lawsuit which alleges that he, together with Sean “Diddy” Combs, drugged and raped a 13-year-old lady at a celebration in 2000.

The nameless accuser alleges she was assaulted at a home get together after the MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs) in New York and that an unnamed feminine superstar was within the room on the time.

In a press release, Jay-Z, whose actual identify is Shawn Carter, dismissed the authorized motion as a “blackmail attempt”.

Mr Combs – who’s in jail awaiting trial after being charged in September with sex-trafficking and different offences – denied the most recent accusation.

The lawsuit was initially filed in October, and was refiled on Sunday to record Mr Carter as a defendant.

Mr Carter mentioned in a press release posted to social media: “My lawyer received a blackmail attempt, called a demand letter, from a ‘lawyer’ named Tony Buzbee.

“What he had calculated was the character of those allegations and the general public scrutiny would make me wish to settle.

“No sir, it had the opposite effect! It made me want to expose you for the fraud you are in a VERY public fashion. So no, I will not give you ONE RED PENNY!!”

A press release from Mr Combs’s authorized workforce mentioned this amended lawsuit was the most recent in a collection of “shameless publicity stunts, designed to extract payments from celebrities who fear having lies spread about them, just as lies have been spread about Mr Combs”.

The assertion mentioned that the judicial course of would present Mr Combs to be harmless of all of the allegations in opposition to him. He faces 30 different lawsuits.

The authorized motion says she recognised “many celebrities” on the get together and noticed widespread drug use, together with cocaine.
