A person suspected of being a major provider of small boats gear to individuals smugglers has been arrested.

The man is suspected of supplying engines and boats to smugglers in northern France, in keeping with the UK’s National Crime Agency (NCA).

The Turkish nationwide, 44, was arrested at Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam on Wednesday, as a part of an operation involving the NCA and Dutch and Belgian companions.

He shall be extradited to Belgium to face costs of human smuggling.
