Bodycam footage launched by the Phoenix Police Department has proven the dramatic second an officer smashed the sunroof of a submerged automobile to rescue a person trapped inside.
The US man instructed officers that he “accidentally stepped on the gas too hard” earlier than driving the automobile right into a pool.
